I want you to have a healthy lifestyle that you can actually enjoy. Why? Because I LOVE food! And food shouldn’t hold you back. I want to help you enjoy what you eat, create healthy habits, and live a deprivation-free life that leaves you feeling great!
As a little girl growing up in an Italian-Canadian family, we had family gatherings centered around food. My Nonno was a chef for the Italian army and my Mom studied nutrition. In my opinion, there’s nothing better than a bowl of homemade gnocchi with a fresh tomato sauce! (Just ask and I’ll give you my Nonno’s recipe.)
I knew I was meant to become a Registered Dietitian when I realized how passionate I was about helping people, and sharing the joy that comes with having a healthy relationship with food.
The ability to learn, teach, and inspire is what brought me into this evolving field.
I founded Dietetic Directions in 2012 with the goal of building a place where people could receive personalized, motivational nutrition education that’s science-based and rooted in creating habits that fit your lifestyle.
If you’re looking for guidance and support to discover how to eat well and love your life, I can help you every step of the way!
