Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes:
- Serves: 4
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cook time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8-12 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of canola oil - 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 twists of freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Directions:
- Combine cleaned, peeled, cut potatoes into a mixing bowl
- Add canola oil, salt, pepper and rosemary and toss with potatoes
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F
- Transfer potatoes to a large roasting pan, evenly so not over-lapping
- Stir potatoes after 15-20 minutes of baking
- Total bake time for potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until desired level of crispness
