White Wine and Citrus Salmon
Who wouldn’t love a succulent salmon, marinated with fresh ingredients and just bursting with flavour? Just the thought of this dish makes my mouth water, which is why I certainly had to share it with all of you too. This White Wine and Citrus Salmon is a simple recipe that uses common household ingredients, such as orange juice, ginger, and white wine. Additionally, another reason to love this dish is that it’s a delicious way to get those omega-3’s! Salmon, a fatty fish, contains DHA(docosahexaenoic acid)and EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid), which are two kinds of the three Omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp low sodium soya sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Salmon fillets (4 oz each)
Directions for White Wine and Citrus Salmon:
- Firstly, marinate salmon for two hours in the fridge before cooking (optional).
- Then, pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine white wine, juice, soya sauce, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Afterwards, place salmon in a baking dish and drizzle with the prepared marinade.
- Finally, bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes with a fork.
