Berry Kale Salad with Honey Goat Cheese

Kale greens are certainly a perfect complement to sweet flavours like fruits and savory flavours like goat cheese. That’s why this Berry Kale Salad recipe is perfect and delicious! Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh kale, stems removed & chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries,sliced
- 1/3 cup honey goat cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup sunflower, roasted and unsalted
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil to coat salad
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions for Berry Kale Salad:
- Firstly, clean lettuce leaves thoroughly in cold water.
- Secondly, combine ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Add oil and vinegar dressing to the salad. However, if you want to make this as meal prep, bring the dressing in a separate container.
- Finally, toss salad and enjoy!
