How to Create a Taco Salad Bowl?

First, if you are meal planning, you could plan to have Taco Night. Or use a Meal Theme (see our blog on 15 Favourite Meal Themes) like Taco Tuesday or Fajita Fridays.   • Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • Beef & Lentil Mixture with Black Beans (Taco seasoning or use my Fajita Blend)
  • Sliced cooked Peppers, chopped & cooked
  • Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cheese, grated

Creamy Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup 1% milk
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Pinch Kosher salt and pepper

Taco Salad Bowl Directions:

  1. Assemble all Taco ingredients in a large bowl or lunch container.
  2. Prepare your creamy dressing in advance and store in separate mason jar or dressing container.
  3. Finally, stir to combine ingredients and enjoy!
